I think that I’ve located it. It feels like a lump of scar tissue on the back side of my scrotum.

I have felt that also -- on the back of my scrotum. I've been trying to pull it down gently in the shower. I'm not sure it's moving down at all, but it may be easier to move once the swelling subsides.

Woke up this morning in quite a bit of pain, but now it seems to be subsiding after some ice and tylenol/ibuprofen. I' contacted Boston Scientific yesterday because I didn't get a wallet card when I had the surgery, and they sent me a copy of the surgical info and a sample of the wallet card, which they are going to send me. The proper email address to use, if you're interested, is MHpatienteducation@bsci.com. I'm attaching the sample of thee card. The information on using the implant is pretty good. I"m not sure what model of the AMS 700 you have; mine is the CX.

Day 6 - Goodness Gracious Great Balls of Fire

Swelling has decreased and my sack is no longer one huge bloated mass of flesh. I can feel my individual gonads and also believe that I have located the pump. I haven’t been able to sleep in the bed till last night. I managed 4 hours before I woke at 2:30 feeling like my balls were on fire. 30 minutes of ice pack and a Tylenol later I got a few more hours of sleep on the couch.
Last week I had predicted that I’d be mowing the lawn by today but I do believe I’ll watch it grow for a few more days. Sitting on the John Deere seat would be too painful at this point.
I was thinking about researching a topical painkiller but I’ll just accept that pain is nature’s way of slowing me down to enjoy the journey to become “A Hunk of Burning Love”.

Day 7 - SSDD
This morning it feels pretty similar to yesterday. Walking seems a bit easier but I am conscious of my testicles as I take steps. I’ve been using power recliners that help me to stand this week. Sitting in a kitchen chair has been pretty painful but I did manage to sit there a bit today with less wincing.
I’ve stayed in since I got home from surgery on Tuesday. Probably stay in today as well but think I might get fully dressed instead of staying in PJ’s.
The doctor said Tylenol is Ok. Motrin too. The instructions did not mention Aleve (Naproxen).
This afternoon I sat at my desk and worked for an hour. I didn’t notice any pain till I got up.

4 1/2 months later, things are starting to make sense.
For the first four months I thought the doctor had done something wrong or selected the wrong implant. I kept cycling the implant daily, sometimes 3 times a day. Suddenly at 4 months the pump is working the way it should. The bulb feels flexible enough to get 10 full pumps. After that, I can continue pumping if I leave 30 seconds between pumps.
Even though I never measured them I’m pretty sure that My erections were never in the 8-12” porn star arena. Probably between 5-7” in my younger days.
As noted previously. I had no erections for several years. Right now, fully erect, I’m at 4 1/2” and believe there is more to be had.
We tried to have sex at 6 weeks, didn’t use enough lube for my wife. It was a bad experience and she sought medical help. Finally, this week she wanted to try again. This time we successfully had enjoyable sex!
At this time, I seem to get a pre-cum but have not had a big load orgasm. Perhaps that will “come” in the future.
Conclusion: I’m pretty damn happy right now.

Wow, what great news! I think you're probably home free now. And I think it's going to get better. I can get 25 pumps out of mine at the moment, although it's pretty uncomfortable when it's that hard. I think and hope, from what I've read, that I should be able to pump it to the max pretty soon, whatever the max is for me.

Congratulations!
