Looking to get implanted by Eid. Severe ED, think it’s pelvic floor/ nerve related… sometimes my glans fill a bit, other times they remain completely soft.
I’m worried about floppy glans with an implant, at this point I wouldn’t care if I had to take viagra on top of it to engorge the glans … would that help alleviate any potential issue of floppy glans? Is there hope even if I get implanted and have floppy glands?
Floppy glans
Re: Floppy glans
In theory, if your glans engorge pre implant then they should engorge with an implant. If they don't engorge pre implant naturally, but they do with Viagra then this should be replicated post implant.
I say in theory, as my glans engorged pre implant, but they do not engorge now. I had decent EQ and had an implant to fix my Peyronies. I am severely undersized, whereby the tips of the cylinders are a good half an inch below my glans so I get floppy glans. Except in the mornings, when i wake up and i have 'morning wood' my glans and top of my shaft which is not supported by the cylinders is hard. I know that NTE and normal erections use different nerve pathways so this doesn't surprise me all that much.

Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Does it make penetration impossible or?
Re: Floppy glans
From what I’ve read, “Floppy Gland Syndrome” is due to the implant not going all the way into the gland, not due to engorgement. If you are going to Dr. Eid I’m guessing you don’t have to worry about it. Ask him about it. I don’t have much, if any, engorgement but my implant goes as far into the gland as it’s supposed to and everything is great. More engorgement would be nice but so far hasn’t even been noticed.

Thanks mate. I just remember seeing a video by Dr Perito saying it’s sometimes something that happens pre-implant when a man is impotent for a long time and that an implant will do nothing to fix it. But like you say, if the implant goes all the way in, I can’t see how it could occur.

Jayline,,, I have dead glans from prostate surgery. Lots of time my glans is white and cold. I have a properly installed 700lgx and penetration is not a problem. But I sure do miss the old blood filled knob.

Jayline, you are in safe hands with Dr. Eid. Floppy glans will occur only if you are undersized. This can't happen with experienced implant surgeons. In rare cases, where there is scar tissue preventing the cylinders from going into glans, it might occur. It can still be addressed by good surgeons.
I also have soft (not floppy) glans, following my prostate removal surgery. With good sizing of implant, I don't have any penetration issues. So, do not worry about this.

Thank you so much brother. Sorry you’ve had to go through all of that.
