Anyone under 5" and satisfied?

Most people on this forum seem to be happy with their implant, even if they lost some size in the process, although I've noticed that usually these people also end up with 5"-6"+ post-op. If you don't mind me asking, for those who ended up in the 4"-5" range (or lower), how satisfying is it for you and your partner? I know that the old saying is "size doesn't matter / motion of the ocean / ...", and the more that I look into this, the more that seems correct for those over 5", but below that it seems to cause some problems for people (and yes, there is more to sex than just penetration, but let's not forget that this aspect of sex is still the reason why we are all on this forum in the first place). I'm especially interested in experiences from younger men here, because when dating at a young age it seems more likely that women (or men) are not going to be as "sexually mature" yet and may put more importance on size issues.

Context: I currently measure at 5.5" with a strong erection (using pills), around 6" when measuring bone-pressed. Weaker erections are more around 5" though, and stretched flaccid length is usually in the 4"-4.5" range). Hence, given my current measurements I somewhat expect to end up around 4.5" worst case. I know that you aren't necessarily supposed to lose length after surgery, but really you can't guarantee that there will be no length loss at all. I prefer to have realistic expectations in advance, rather than to be disappointed afterwards. In that case, I'd like to know if this trade-off is really worth it.

I had some loss after surgery and was very disappointed but regained it over time with VED and Perito and just giving it some time for the tubes to soften up, and tissue to stretch I guess. Your chances of not losing length will be greater it you see a high volume doc like Eid or Hakky, among others.

My only advice is to ignore the flaccid strength BS and use the "bone pressed" measurement as your yards dick lol.
From what you said, I doubt you'll be shot changed.

All of it? Well, I'm already looking for a high volume surgeon, both locally and internationally. But even in your case, without the extra VED/Perito exercises you would have lost length despite going to Eid, the most highly regarded surgeon here. So it seems that some length loss (and being only 0.5" over 5", I don't have much to spare) is a necessary risk to take. I'll start some VED soon, got the advice here that doing so beforehand might reduce the chances of length loss during surgery.

Haha well I definitely hope you are right!
I like to hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst (mentally at least) regardless.
Also trying to weigh the benefits pros the cons here: having an average dick which works unreliably vs one that would always work but will probably be a bit shorter (which could take it into the "too short" category for many girls).

I lost 3 inches, I am at 4 plus and I am absolutely satisfied. Love my implant.

I was 5.7" preop and lost about .5" until about 1 month after surgery and now am at my original length and a tiny bit thicker. I was originally about 3/4" thicker but that faded now for some reason so I'm back to only about .2" thicker than before....women want girth over length. If you have 4.5" penis but a 5.5"+ girth, you are better than a 5.5" penis with a 4.5" girth....

I'm 4-7/8". I lost about an inch. I attribute that to atrophy in the 2.5 years between my RP and implant. I'm very very happy to be able to fuck. My wife gets off "riding me". I've had many experiences with other girls, some extremely satisfied, some less so. One told me 'I never knew I could come so much'.

Do I wish I was bigger? Duh! Do I have lots of fun? YEAH!!!!
