It took a while but yes, with sexual stimulation my shaft and glans engorge to the point it's hard to deflate fully.

Yes - I am pleasantly surprised to report. I really noticed it this past weekend...

I was having sex with my wife and after I orgasmed, it felt like I was 'losing' my hardon. Obviously with my implant that's impossible, and I realized that it was just natural engorgement going away. We continued to have sex for another 10 minutes or so after my orgasm and I could feel 'the chub' building back up - and then my wife said 'uncle.'

My doc told me before my surgery that my glans most likely would not engorge after being implanted. I was happy to learn that it does, along with my shaft. But once I orgasm, I lose any engorgement. It's good to know that the engorgement will build back up.

I’ve been implanted 13 weeks tomorrow and yes! About 7-8 weeks in I noticed when getting stimulated especially a good BJ, I was getting a pretty good glans engorgement and the shaft mostly along the bottom. Also woke up one morning with what felt like a chubby at about 3 am which is when I always got my morning wood back when I was taking a lot of Cialis and V. I do take 5mg Cialis daily which definitely contributes to this I think.

Yes I do . In fact, a few days after my implant I woke up with a simi and started wondering if something had happen during surgery and they stopped with the implant. Everything I had read and was told said that a natural erection would be a thing of the past, so I was surprised. It still happens often if I horny. It isn't all that much but does fill out and firm up.

Seven weeks post implant today and I can report the same phenomena. At first I thought it was psychosomatic but it’s very clear that I sometimes feel engorgement in the shaft and the glands. Very cool feeling
