Thanks. But I know there is still the fear in every man's mind about performance, size and endurance. For some that may be a tiny factor, if any, for some it becomes the main focus unfortunately.

That is true, but how many people are having sex on the first date? Seems like the perfect setup for performance anxieties.
I was just agreeing with what you said about getting to know someone well enough to want to have sex with them and dating someone nice. Seemed like sound advice.

Aware you were agreeing with me, I was just pointing out possible issues some guys might have. I'm sure first date sex happens now days. That's not the kind of partner you want long term.

I battled sexual performance anxiety (coital anxiety) for decades and if I could overcome this curse, anyone can.

I never tried therapy but here are a few tips:

1) Do A LOT of research on this subject: read books, talk to doctors, consult good websites. The more you know about sex, the less stressful it will be.

2) Seredyn is an excellent anxiety treatment, I take 2 pills 1 hour before sex and it helps. Some of the ingredients of Seredyn may actually improve your sexual performance: suntheanine, valerian root.

3) Go see a doctor (urologist). Even if this is just psychogenic, a doctor will be able to help you.

4) Whenever I had a negative sexual experience (i.e. loss of erection), I just quit sex for several weeks or even months. This allowed me to relax, clear my mind and regain my confidence.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
