still sore after 3.5 months

Hi Everyone,

A question about post-surgery soreness. I am 3- and 1/2-months post-surgery. Everything seems to be working fine. Sex is normal feeling with ejaculation and so forth. My question is how many were still sore at 3- or 4-months post-surgery. I am not in pain- just sore and perhaps tender. Mostly and the tip of the glans where the cylinders reach. Especially after having any type of sex. It's not horrible, and it is tolerable- just tender. An interesting side note. I'm also sore at the tip of the glans when I have to pee. Perhaps a swollen urethra? Surgeon is not worried. Any comments on how long this tender and soreness last. I hear some say they have none- some 3 months, 6 months and 1 year and some forever. I hope it's not forever.

I am seven weeks out of surgery today and I am probably 95% healed. The only place I feel sore is around my foreskin which seems really odd.
I would love some answers on this and to follow this thread as well.

I’m at 14 weeks and if I pump fully hard and have sex it so sore for 12-16 hours afterward. I max pump and do the Perito exercises twice a day and that makes it sore in the glans for several hours afterwards…. So, I guess I’m a little sore a lot of the time! Lol. My measurements were a little over an inch short when I first started pumping and thru all the exercises I’ve gained back a little over a 1/2” so I’m happy with that and will continue to do the exercises until it stops making me sore and at that point I’ll assume my Titan has stretched or broke in as much as it’s going to.

I was definitely still sore after sex at month 3.5. Are you using a condom during sex? I found that I was even more sore when using a condom. It seems like the condom squeezes some of the blood/engorgement out of the penis and gives less cushion for the tips to press into.

Anyone 6 months to years after implant surgery have a view on tender/soreness?

I had my surgery in March 2022. I was still a little tender at 3 months. Now I am pretty much back to normal pain wise (no pain). Give it time, do your daily pumping. It only gets better with time.

It was 6 months from my revision for the soreness to pass. Now 9 months on it can be a little tender in the glans area after hard pumped and vigorous use. The tenderness passes in 12-24 hrs.

I am 2 months out, and I am sore for about half a day after sex. But I am still always tender around the lower base of the penis where I can feel the small tubes through which the fluid flows during inflation/deflation.

Of course, I can still inflate to a point where I'm in real pain, which I'm hoping is a good sign ("no gain, no pain").

From what I have read elsewhere on the board, the pain tells you that there is still length/girth that can be regained.

Keep pumping and using it!!!! Pain should will go away. There are times when I have a lot of extended sex I get tender but I did back in the day when I was young before ED.
