Revision of malleable to ams 700 cx

Thank you for all the info on the implants I was more concerned about the girth I’ve lost since having the malleable fitted I have at least 2cm of loose skin as the implant dosnt expand but now with the ams cx it seems I may get this back or some of it any how .. and any length gains would be a bonus .. I will look into stretching the implant prior to the revision
