When compared to a natural hard on, the only con I can think of is how I get hard.

It would be great if I could go back to my dick just getting hard because I'm excited. Having to pump up for my dick to be erect doesn't feel as natural.

But that's it for me. And it's a very small con, too.

We used to get excited then get hard.
Now we get hard then get excited.

With a great result of an implant, I can't think of any cons.

Risk of infection after surgery.
No going back
Your dick and balls "can" be very swollen, black, and blue for several weeks after surgery (it was in my case)

When you totally deflate, the cylinder can be seen.

-extra ball in your sack
-women not accepting it or being weirded out
-being too hard/unnatural, dick doesn't flex/bend quite like it used too
-feeling reservoir in your abs sometimes
-sleeping with a pillow between legs
-the time it takes to pump up maybe..

None of these really bother me or have never been a problem for me. Just trying to answer your question and lost cons I can think of.

No real clue where it's at but sometimes when bending over to tie my shoe I feel like I can feel something. Almost like I have a turd in my left side of my stomach or something. Just kind of feels slightly weird. I assume it's just pushing up against other organs slightly maybe when I'm bent in half...I can't feel it nor see it. And yes I'm 5 ft 8, 145lbs.

Is your reservoir visible or can you only barely feel it? Are you lean with no fat pad?

They would never know. Gf said she wouldn't know she would just think I'm hella hard and be loving it...however I think if they gave a hand job they could tell something is weird or you are the hardest guy she's ever been with as it's literally rock hard....trust me, it's not that big of a deal. Your dick is hard. That's the cool part.
