700lgx I get a very slight buzz when I hit the deflate button, Feel it more than hear it.
82, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05, 4-18,, .07 1/19,.05 4/19, .03 11-21, .04 11-23, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20

My LGX is quiet also. I have noticed that noise complaints seem to be mostly from Titan devices and seems to be backed up with this thread.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Proximal Perforation Sling Repair 4/13/21 Dr. Broghammer

66 years young.

Will show and tell and talk with others.

My Titan didn't make any noise at first. Now that the bulb has softened up some it makes a very slight bubbling sound as I inflate. The wife lying next to me hears nothing.

Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

Titan 20cm, Dr. Eid 7/15/22. ED before/after RT (2015), EBRT (2016) & ADT (20 mos.). EBRT & improper penile rehab post-treatment left penile/abdominal scarring, arterial blockage & slight hour-glass shape with Peyronie's disease.

Titan. I can hear a faint noise during the first pumps. As it gets harder to pump, no sound.
Deflating, no sound.
Implanted 5.25.21 Coldplast, 24cm. Dr Tajkarimi.

Just learned to pump slow makes mine not squeak anymore so that's cool.

Pre-op: 5.7 x 4.5 top middle & base
Post-op: 5.5 x 4.5 top, 5.1 at base
Phallofill done 9/2023 10 units = +1” girth
Currently 5.5 x5.5”
