I am starting the Perrito exercise. Have a Titan so not sure if it will help the length.
How much are you bending the implant? I am afraid to break it.
Anyone willing to make a video or even show via skype?

ED survivor 5 years. Tried pills, Gainswave, PRP, Bi-Mix/Tri Mix (worked 50% but very painful for 24 hours after injection.) 55 Gay - Single Titan Coloplast implanted June 1st, 2022, scrotal in Miami by Dr Billy Cordone..,very happy. Zero regrets
Re: Lengthening exercise that works for me!
I have been doing the bending exercises for about a week. When I'm fully inflated I can only bend it about 10 degrees off center, and I can't bend it to the right at all . I have a natural curve to the left maybe that's why. I also bend it at a few places along the the shaft. I also bend it up, down, and left and right and do the helicopter bend fully from the base. I hope that's OK. I also bend it partly inflated.
Can anyone bend it 90 degrees? I just don't want to hurt my implant. Cost me $20K.

Yes, I can bend it a lot more than 90 degrees. I understand why people are naturally apprehensive about these things. I get being concerned, but I think you're concerned only cause it happens to be inside your dick. And men tend to be overly protective of dicks.
Look at the devices that cost you $20K:
If you held one by your hands, could it bend more than 90 degrees? Yes. You can bend these all you want. They don't break.
And even if it did break, what happens? Has anyone "broken" theirs and reported about it?

yeah, I know. Just getting started on the bending. More and more each day.

Re: Lengthening exercise that works for me!
I would love to see a video of someone doing this bending with the device installed. No way I can bend this thing when it's hard? Not seeing how this is possible and can't find any videos online if someone doing it (not perito with just the cylinders in his hand, I get that). Anyone have or willing to make a video for the forum of this being done?

@spanishxb
I would like to see the same. I think I am being aggressive with the exercise but I bet I am not bending hard enough.

Re: Lengthening exercise that works for me!
Despite my pointing out that two of the people advising fully inflated,mid-shaft bending are urologists on youtube, my surgeon instructed me not to do the Perito exercises. We both observed that there is musculature and blood vessels in the penis even when implanted, so it's not as if it can't suffer pain and damage when bent. Perhaps I'll do some bending with a slightly softened erection sometime, but as for doing it fully inflated I'll opt to follow my MD's advice.
Similar goes for the discussion of VEDs. I don't pretend to have monitored all the publications on the subject, but Perito and others published about the use of VEDs with AMS 700's, which are supposed to lengthen anyway. Haven't yet seen any evidence applying VEDs to Titans. But Perito does acknowledge in a youtube video that it's possible that excessive pressure could spread and lengthen the glans, leaving space between the cylinder tips and the glans, thus resulting in the floppy glans nightmare. It's almost unquestionable that at some pressure you could do damage to the spacing between the cylinders and the flesh/glans. Part of my doctor's reluctance with VEDs on implants is that guys find it difficult to use just a modicum of pressure; it's very tempting to keep applying always a little more, and a little more.
Who knows what the definitive word is? As they say, your mileage may vary. Twenty-three days after implantation I'm cleared for full use of it, so I'm trusting my surgeon.

Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.

Perito exercises and use of a VED will undoubtedly cause the implant to fail sooner. I don’t want a replacement before it’s needed.

It is interesting there aren't many/any videos available showing someone bending an inflated implant ninety degrees, or even forty-five. Not trying to issue a challenge, but if that works can't some FT members post their video?

Do you have much info about this? Because honestly I’ll start with that does seem like a reasonable concern, but I’ve not yet come across much information about these devices failing, and exactly what happens if they do (timeframes, repairs, cost). Not saying it doesn’t exist, just haven’t seen it and “undoubtedly” seems like a stretch. Maybe an increased chance, yet it's still a compromise worth it for many due to the devices abilities/your size?

You make a lot of reasonable points. I don’t feel like arguing/disagreeing with much, just that I have come across enough evidence that VED use works perfectly well the Titan, just as it does with AMS, and I don’t fully understand how the device is even related to the benefits of VEDs repairing lost sizes from years of decay with erectile dysfunction (most importantly the evidence is clear VED use before procedure allows for larger cylinders to be implanted) and blood flow science about the cavernosal artery diameter and stimulating oxygenation of corpora and lot of other shit I'm not nearly smart enough to understand. About the rest, it's my belief many urologists might be somewhat outdated with their procedures, given that the current medical research seems consistent that VEDs and other more aggressive exercises have many benefits (namely regaining/gaining more size, which has for a long time been the #1 patient complaint deterring many men from implants) without any complications being noted.

Seems only fair. I’m the one who keeps talking about it so figured I might as well record it today, especially if it helps anyone. 27 seconds of Perito’s THE Exercise: https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/b49zcamzamy.mp4
Full details: it’s my belief based on reasonable amounts of evidence that VED exercises, Perito’s THE Exercise, and other efforts are worth it because implants are more than reliable enough and the rewards of regaining/gaining more size and getting your full use out of the implant makes it necessary. Note it is possible for me to bend so much that it activates the bypass valve or something. Meaning to ask my patient liaison about that.
Final disclaimer: Remember I’m still an idiot with a brain injury, so if my advice breaks anything, it’s not my fault.
Any thoughts/questions/concerns are welcome.
