I can’t believe I’m considering an implant at 25

Better trying dhea and eventually viagra + cabergoline or other dopamine agonist under the supervision of an andrologist / endocrinologist.

Sexworker could be a good idea if you feel comfortable. By the way it's not mandatory banging tinder girls like nuts or buying women like shoes. It may happen that in this moment of your life you're not that kind of guy and there's nothing wrong with it.

I’ve been thinking about cabergoline but I think it causes heart valve dysfunction over time. Ghb actually sounds much safer despite the negative connotations.

If I’m not that type of guy, I want to be that by choice. Not because i cant get it up.
I will give dhea a shot btw thanks

Dhea is considered a supplement in the US and preatty safe up to the 50mg daily.

You can't compare controlled, tested and approved drugs which can be combined off label with PDE5s and GHB. Really. You may try whatever to have fun sometimes and see what happen but it's not a treatment in the proper sense.

Mmm.. You can't be someone else just by choice. You may work a lot on yourself for sure but well, you can't fake it. Because.. the more you try to fake it trying to sell yourself as an experienced lover that doesn't need to ask the less it will get up. There's a connection. It's how anxiety and adrenergic nervous system works. If you market yourself selling high expectations which just anxiety will follow.

Well I understand my idea may sound quite crazy, but I really really really want to solve this problem, even if it’s through unconventional ways. Thankfully I live in a country where I can get ghb tested for purity and toxicity by a governmental lab.

Similarly I think you’re right about how setting high expectations can cause ED; I’m thinking of moving to a busy city such as NYC or LA for a few weeks and marketing myself on tinder as “a gay guy who’s bi-curious” even though I’m not gay. It would take the pressure of getting an erection off completely. Maybe I’m crazy, but I really want to try every possible angle before going for an implant.

You don't give us your home country. Here in the USA we have a saying to not "reinvent the wheel". Consider for a few minutes that literally thousands if not millions of men have tried to cure their ED. Fortunes have been spent on medical research. After all of your experiments, you'll be back to the basic treatment plans of pills, injections then an implant. Or settle for celibacy.
There isn't a guy in a mud hut in a third world country that has the magical cure. All the time that you're searching is subtracted from your sexual lifetime. Many men advise to maximize your sex life in your youthful years.

I hear you completely. I’m from the Netherlands. I’m 25 and I definitely feel the clock ticking already. It’s not that I’m waiting for some miracle cure or chinese herb, but there are just a few things that I want to try before going for an implant, such as GHB + viagra. If nothing works, I shouldn’t procrastinate and just get the implant.

If you can test GHB in a legal way it's better, I agree.

Big cities offer some advantages and if you live in a small town there can be more issues which make sex more difficult. I mean "coming out" instead of pretending reliefs many pressures but it's certainly easier with someone else which you could not see anymore than with a classmate or a colleague. Also women experience sexual difficulties. They're not all multiorgasmic porn stars, even in their 20s - 30s. The reason why faking isn't a great deal is straightforward: chances are that the girl who you are dating has at least a little bit more experience than you. Anxiety kills.

A congenital VL implies no morning woods basically ever or since late teens.

Let me just say that if you get an implant at your age, make sure that you’re using a very reputable surgeon and you’ll be a rock star with any lady you ever sleep with. I have had my implant for just over a year, my first one was just removed and replaced by a reputable surgeon and it is awesome and incredible. Good luck to you on your journey.

Only one year, was it placed incorrectly?

It was not placed correctly, I was basically butchered by my urologists. I ended up with distal and medial crossovers which left my dick looking like an inverted C . I couldn’t pee straight. My balls weren’t where they were supposed to be, I had extra bulges from too much tubing. I’m not done with those jokers because when I went back they made me feel like I was crazy.

Hi Gadsiee, compatriot,

Have you checked your prolactin levels? Do you use meds or did you use meds in the past?
In my observation the medical field regarding e.d. in The Netherlands is real low. Most local urogolists have really bad know how.
If you ever go for an implant, don't do it in The Netherlands! Also the insurance will only pay if you tried all other options. I.e. pills, ved and injections. If trying injections start really at a low dose. I started with .2 and that already have me a priapism and a visit to the E.R.

Good luck!
