Close to 3 years with my Titan. Flaccid it is way longer than pre-implant and leaves a bulge in my pants. It is softer than it was at 6 months, hangs down my leg. Inflated it is hard and stiff, perfect for sex.

Just had my 2nd bionic anniversary. Personally, I'm enjoying the change from grower to shower. I can deflate the Titan fully and it still has some firmness. The hang is close to natural, but not. It's really nice at the nude beach, as shrinkage is a non-issue.

Mine (implanted early August) still sticks out like a tent. I'd be fine if it hung down. May not be deflating it properly. Uncertain. What magical spell can you recommend to get it to point down, eventually?

To deflate as much as possible, I push and hold the deflate button while I squeeze my shaft. I wrap a layer of towel over my shaft so it's easier to squeeze. Once you get as much saline out of the cylinders as you can, squeeze the pump bulb once or twice (like inflating). That will lock the pump from self-inflating. It takes me 30-45 seconds to deflate fully.

If you're unable to cycle your implant at ANY time, please contact the doctor's office and communicate the issues to them. You paid a lot of $$$ to help your sex live, so use the doctor as your first line resource.

I'm going on 6 weeks with my new implant. Everything is going well, healed up fine. Although I have lost some girth, hope that returns over time, we will see.

My question is about my new flaccid length, how long does the Titan take before your flaccid length is no longer semi erect and soft to the touch? Will it ever hang down naturally? It is still very full and heavy to the touch when deflated. Not that I am complaining, just wondering. Sometimes it is a little uncomfortable in my pants.

Also, does the fully inflated implant over time soften up too. Maybe become more flexible. It is like a steel rode right now and is not comfortable for my wife.

It does soften up and with time you should be able to 100% deflate it to have the smooth, soft touch feel.. it will hang down naturally.. you can really feel the difference.. if you touch it it will feel like empty plastic inside.. its a weird feeling when its completely deflated but very comfortable at it..

I feel ya. No way I could sit anywhere for a couple months for any length of time. It was seven weeks before I could tolerate sitting in a dining room chair, and for just long enough to eat. The sticking out issue wasn't a real problem for me, thank goodness. Try boxer briefs, comfortable with fair support.

You should try deflating/cycling in hot tub. This will ease it up scrotum a bit and will make it easy to find the deflate button and deflate. Use this until you become an expert. You should be able to completely deflate it.. Keep practicing..
