As they say, this device doesn't damage penile tissues or blood vessels, erection is more natural, glans should be also engorged and It looks like reversible procedure unlike the implantation

but this device would not work for me because my corpus cavernosum is damaged by fibrosis and that is what I have to fix

Yes it will work, it will push blood the the corpus cavernosa and keep it there by restraining it.

Maybe you can try this device and give us informations about it, how it worked!

No! VL can be congenital or veno-occlusive. The smooth muscle cells are replaced with collagen and it can no longer stretch ao it goes back to the normal state. The systolic pressure is not enough to expand the corpus cavernosum and the tunica albuginea. Peyronie's is different, it happens in the Tunica albuginea, not in the corpus cavernosum. Peyronie's is calsifications[/quote]

Thats exactyl what I said the smooth muscles are replaced with collagen and then they cant work like a sponge (penile tissue) anymore to press up the veins at the tunica.
The systolic pressure IS NORMAL OR EVEN HIGH WITH VENOUS LEAK cause the body will compensate that!
When the systolic pressure is low you have ED for arteriogenic reasons not so called "venous leak".

Peyronie is different right, the reason is the tunica yes. Thats the reason many with peyronies can get normal erect but with a deviation. But if it s severe than it can also effect the smooth muscles in there and than the same.

But however if you cant bring it up it s not good. Maybe try this device and see whats happening. Only advice dont make the same mistake like me to undergo a surgery where they destroy veins cause this drug which should destroy my vein came into my corpus cavernosa and now I am really fucked up.

Hello Espana,
My depression was very severed that I was very close to end my life several times. The love of my family stopped me for doing it.
I tried different antidepressant and none worked for me at that time. I started reading here getting educated about ED. I looked for good surgeon and finally a was implanted last year. My life completely changed, I lost 70 pounds, I gradually stopped the medications and today, I feel like I am the happies man on earth.
I understand that everybody is different. My 2 cents advice to you is Please find a good psychiatry to prescribe the right medication for you, maybe a good therapist(didn't work for me) and when you get ready, get an implant with a good surgeon. Also talk to us. I named some of the guys here, "angels" they helped me and saved my life.
We are with you on this.

What caused your ED? What meds or supplements are you taking?
