I'm 2 months post-op.
When i pump and i'm near full inflation the pump runs out of fluid.
Then, when i try to give it more squeezes the pumps gets soft instead of hard.
I feel the fluid moving but it doesn't go the cylinders. Then i try to squeeze again and the pump gets harder to squeeze with no fluid in it. Then soft again. Repeat the process over and over. I'll have a visit with my surgeon next week but to me is an obvious malfunctioning.
The idea of getting another surgery Is a nightmare.
Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?
Thanks
Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery

Note that i have a Titan OTR
Re: Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery
I had and have some trouble with my AMS LGX pump and inflation. I had some luck in contacting a Rep with AMS that gave me a fix that was not listed in my AMS owners DVD. I would check with Coloplast and get a record of your issues with them and see if they can help you. Often they can help where your doctor cannot. Here is some information from Coloplast if you'd like to read a bit. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jigjyy7sscflr ... e.pdf?dl=0
Good luck with this.

Thanks my friend.
The information from Coloplast site unfortunately seem to confirm my suspects.

What implant and what pump do you have? Could you be mashing the release button as your pumping? Could the release button be stuck. Maybe a fix for it if it’s either one of these. Anxious to hear if Dr or rep can help and hopefully it’s not a leak or not enough fluid as things stretch out.following.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

This is my suspicion. Especially if it's pumping the way it should until you get close to max inflation.
Born 1982. Implanted with Coloplast Titan 22cm in August 2021 by the great Dr. Perito in Miami. 6.125" BPEL, 5.25" EG. "It's the girth that gets her off."

Re: Possible Pump failure or leak only 2 months after surgery
Thanks for the reply guys.
I have a Titan OTR 20+1RTE
I can add one more detail to the description of the problem that i've noticed today while inflating: after about 20 pumps the reservoir seems to be empty.
The shaft is very hard and i can arely bend it. So i'm near full inflation or fully inflated.
Then i wait about 30 seconds and try to give 2-3 more pumps. At this stage if i squeeze the pump GENTLY It gets soft and i can feel a fair amount of fluid going back to the reservoir. On the contrary, when i apply more pressure the bulb seems to be harder to squeeze. In the latter case the amount of fluid is less and i notice a slight increase in the hardness.
To sum up: this bulb softness i'm experiencing starts when i'm basically maxed out and i squeeze the pump gently and with slight pressure.
Go figure!

I really do not want to post it as there were questions the rep asked and conditions for using the steps I did. Guess there are cases where you should not do those steps and why they are not published. If you are having trouble contact your rep and see if they can help.
Good luck.

It sounds pretty clear to me that your surgeon didn't give you quite enough saline for your max length and girth. The good news is you can still get a rock hard boner that is more than enough for penetration. But I'll never understand why every implant surgeon isn't maxing out all their patients with 125cc's of saline. I know that's what Perito gave me, and I have a pretty normal-sized dick, 6 by 5.25.
