The past several months, I have been laying low (not sexually active) for one reason or another.

It is really difficult to figure out. Maybe that is why no one could bring an answer to your question.
I don't have Titan, but my guess is if your cylinders stay folded for a long time, the dog ears may cause some kind of trauma to your penis at the folding point. Pressing hard on it could cause the pain you felt. Maybe if you keep cycling and putting some pumps when deflated can fix it.

Someone here had to go for a revision because he didn't cycle for about 3 months. Scar tissue built up. It is normal to not use your tool for some time due to different reasons, but make sure to continue cycling at least twice a week to keep things in shape.
It seems (use it or lose it) is still applicable even after implant

Lack is stretching regularly. Not necessarily scar tissue but some form of atrophy. Consider that the half dozen or so natural erections each night was doing more than just refreshing the tissues with oxygenated blood regularly, but they were also keeping it exercised by stretching it regularly.

Guys, need your help.
As far back as I can remember, and I am pretty sure this started after my implant surgery, whenever I cough/sneeze, my lower abdomen muscles contract! I never felt this before, so I attribute it to the implant surgery.
I called up my urologist to make an appt., but his schedule is full until January. Receptionist asked if I have put this question to my Primary, and I said 'no'.
Thoughts on what could be happening?
