Unless he had other issues prior to surgery, there's no reason he has tips below the glans and his doctor who advocated Viagra sounds incompetent to me.

I wonder if he even had snake eyes from the surgery.

I hope he creates a signature to show details.

my diagnosis was venous leak.
The doctor I had the surgery with is Hakki, honestly I think I'll do a consultation with Eid

This comment extremely useful to me. I suspect I am slightly undersized. Everything appears firm. However, whether I inflate to the max, or even slightly it all feels the same. People on this forum have spoken that if they inflate to the maximum, they feel a huge difference. Personally, no difference either way.

thanks for the advice, at this moment I am confused ... I went to Hakki (where everyone talks about it very well here) but I am with many doubts, the size is not everything for me but losing 2cm is not the best.
I hope it is as you say and therefore managing to increase the pumping increases the length. Exactly?
For the exercises instead I wanted to understand if there is a better way "? He told me to move the penis to the sides and up and down ... but here I read that you should hold the base with one hand and try to bend in the middle of the auction?

however it worries a lot more the limp glans (and having to take Viagra to make the glans swell (I think but if I went under the knife because the pills didn't work .... this looks like one

At this point I add one more thing ... the position of the balls (I don't know if they will reposition or if it happened to someone similar) he inserted the pump in the middle but the testicles are positioned for a long time, so a ball forward then the pump and behind the other ball ... when I asked him he told me it's how I wanted ...
When we talked he asked me where I wanted the pump I obviously said behind it to hide it ... I DON'T KNOW HOW HE DONE THIS KIND. little like as position)

For now, you need to keep cycling, and when you are cleared to have sex, you will know if things are going well.
The location of the pump is always tricky. Many men are advised to pull down on the pump after surgery. Yours is the opposite. Mine is in front of the balls, and this annoys me because when hard thrusting, it hits my partner. Every location will have pros and cons :(.

I am one month after the operation, I found that I have a floppy glans (especially when I am extended the glans goes down and you can see the cylinders) the doctor told me that I have to take Viagra or similar (in my mind I thought it is absurd, you have an operation and then you have to take Viagra hoping it will work) Does anyone have the same problem as me? I would like to understand if or how it solved?

Another doubt is the size, they are more than 2cm below, I have often read here that cycling is resolved? but I didn't understand how?
My surgeon simply added the exercises to move the penis to the sides and above and below ...

Any suggestions are appreciated

Yeah so I had floppy glans as well but it was taken care of in the surgery room, I think he added an additional 1cm extender for me. I'm currently having issues with the incision scar not healing, so I had the infra pubic approach done and my doctor had stapled the incision up. Had the staples in for about two weeks, didn't fully heal so he stitched one side of the incision and currently just waiting for him to remove the stitches.

Can you post a pic showing the issue you're having with floppy glans? I think it would help a lot in understanding if it looks normal or not

I took a picture now as a flaccid person, I have a problem with the insertion that has yet to heal and Hakki told me to stop cycling for a week. and that I have a soft glans and that to fix I have to take Viagra as soon as I can have sex.

In flaccid state, it is normal to have the cylinders not inside the glans. Mine is like that. When I inflate, they are midway in glans, still a kind of a grower. It is too early to judge.

It's a bit hard to tell from the pic but I think your case may be normal. I think what you mean is that your glans is not getting pumped up/engorged when you pump up your implant. This is normal, and Viagra is indeed a good solution to this.

On this board when we say floppy glans, what we mean is that the cylinders installed are too short and do not support the glans, or even enter the glans at all.

One question for you Diego: use your fingers and feel for the tips of your implant, the farthest tip. Where do they end? Before the glans, or halfway inside the glans?

I probably confused the terms and you are right.
As a length I feel the cylinders on the left just above the middle of the glans and just below the middle. to the touch I feel good the tips on the sides and behind the penis.
My questions are if I can still have sex with the glade like this?
the only control is viagra? but above all do I have to take it every time I have to have sex? about this the doctor was not clear.
In my head it is safe to take Viagra (which hasn't worked in the past) after my surgery

when I am inflated the glans goes down as in the photo and the cylinders are even more evident.
