Hi everyone,
35 y/o male - dealt with ED for 15 years. I used trimix injections for 10 and now decided to take the plunge but I fear I made a mistake. I live overseas so actually had a Rigicon infla 10AX implanted. 22cm + 3 cm RTEs. I am now just over 2 weeks post-op implant. I am currently not impressed with results. I was inflated coming out of the OR and already was afraid of loss of length and girth. I know its early but even uninflated I am underwhelmed and feel I've lost girth and length. I had a larger than average dick pre-op and just hoping to return to normal activities with my fiancé but at this point im not even showing her my dick. I'm hoping I can gain some it back and just trying not to panic at this point. I still have some scrotal and incisional pain. I did not use a high volume surgeon and not going to trash them on here (at least until I've given it some time)
I am concerned that even when im deflated my dick is essential horizontal. I also have no idea if inflating it will make it longer in erect state or if my deflated length is close to my inflated length? Most people appear to just move from a droop to horizontal and don't elongate in the videos of inflation. I'd love some input from other users.
Thanks Brothers

Hi,
I understand your worries.your post is confusing because you said: "was inflated coming out" and
"I know its early but even uninflated I am underwhelmed and feel I've lost girth and length".
So have you inflated yet, and if so, how much is the change in cm?
I'm not implanted yet, but from all i read most guys came shorter out of surgery, but gained back length over the months after. Even some guys gained length to their previous size.
So i have good hopes for you, but understand your worries.

You are way too soon out of surgery to know the eventual outcome. Give it time.
Once you're cleared for inflation start cycling. That is inflating as full as you can for as long as you tolerate, up to 30 minutes or so, then deflate. Most guys do that two times a day for the first 6 months to regain size.

Sorry for the confusion - it is the practice of some urologists to keep you fully or partially inflated for first 48hrs or sometimes longer post-op then deflate you and give you instructions to not inflate again for weeks. Each urologist has a different way of doing it. I came out of the OR inflated for 48hrs. I was in too much pain to even measure it but as it was up against my belly I have an idea of how close my dick comes to my bellybutton and this fell short of my pre-op erection, I'd say by at least over half an inch. My main concern was loss of girth and it look like I had 2 pencils installed with the fullness of my erection gone.

Thank you for the reassurance. I've got 2 weeks til Im cleared to cycle. I'm just trying to distract myself from it until then.
My other issue is that my implant pump was installed high in my scrotum and my implant doctor stated he keeps his pump tied and tubing short so I don't need to pull it down - HOWEVER the problem is that the pump literally feels like its at the base of my dick and I can feel the small tubings going to the implant along the sides of my dick. I'm worried having the pump that high and the side tubings kinking into my penis will be unpleasant during sex.

Again, it's early to tell where the pump is going to rest. Your scrotum is probably still swollen so it feels higher.
I know, I know, it's all confusing and new. You'll be happy in a few months, I'm sure.

Can’t speak for your model of implant but a month out of surgery is not showing full results. I really didn’t see full recovery of size until 6-9 months. Follow docs orders and relax. I freaked out right after the surgery. I realize now it was a glorious decision. You’ll likely get it all back over time.

Patience is a virtue and few of us have very much until we are forced to.
I don’t know if my experience was typical. From this website, I can tell you no two guys recover exactly alike but we all seem to get to similar outcomes.
I don’t know about your model of implant either. I have the AMS LGX and it’s not exactly the same as a Titan or the AMS CX. Again, there are common experiences we all seem to pass thru, and one of them is immediate loss of size post-surgery which does come back with healing and cycling.
Two weeks after surgery I was staring at a loss of 2 inches in length, from ~6 3/4” to ~4 3/4”. Somewhere around the ninth or tenth month, I grabbed a measuring tape to find that I was back to a hair past 6 1/2”. Another year and a half, I’m seeing very close to 6 3/4”. But a long time ago I told myself “if it never gains another fraction of an inch, I’m good. This is plenty, and it works great!”
The whole process takes place so damned slow you don’t even realize it. You get to a point….this works great….and you quit agonizing about the size thing so much. Then you measure and think….damn, I’m only a quarter of an inch shy of where I started, and that’s really not anything of significance.

Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.
Re: 35M recent implant experience
Thank you all for your responses and reassurance. The Rigicon infla 10AX is supposedly comparable to the AMS LGX in the sense that it can increase up to 20% in girth and length, unsure what its starting circumference is compared to the Coloplast but seems skinny. I'll update my status again soon.

Re: 35M recent implant experience
I am just surprised you got deflated so soon. For Prescrotal you are supposed to be partially inflated for 6 weeks and not 2 days.. It will expand for sure.. even partial inflation might be like 30-40%.. You will see the real deal after 6 weeks when you are fully healed and when you start cycling.. post that regular cycling will help regain your lost size..
One thing to always remember : You have a working dick which can keep going on and on .. a small loss of length and girth is a compromise... You gotta give something to get something.. If you feel bad about loss of length/girth then you lose your happiness/potential with what you have and what you do with it and live with regret..
