I think their sizing guide based on Length is misleading. I've had
B (based on their guides) but use D with Trimix injection and C without Trimix.
However, once I got the right Size, their device works well for me.
It's design compresses the dorsal outflow vein but leaves room
for the arteries to fill the space.
I use the C size mostly for exercise to keep tissue healthy since
I have few nocturnal erections

I've looked at the product and it seems like it makes sense. Not sure what the whole 'subscription' deal is... $188 for a ring and the bands strikes me as a tad rich. Maybe I'm missing something, but... can the ring be purchased by itself?
59 yo, ED from organic causes, pills ineffective, using TriMix at home and Edex when traveling. Live on beautiful Whidbey Island, WA (Seattle area).

You can buy single unit without subscription. I've only
broken one through use of several years. But I don't take
tension band off and open "arms". I think flexing causes
breaks.
