This was an ams 700 cx 24cm with 2 rte’s. Surgery was performed by Dr Kramer. I admit it was a bit on the long and thin side. Dr Kramer actually made that comment on the surgery video he posted on YouTube. When the unit failed at just over 3 years, it was replaced by a titan 26 cm. Although a larger implant, I am noticeably shorter and more girth.

I found this a very useful thread. It showed me how to deflate. One thing I was doing wrong was not using my thumb to deflate, rather I used my index finger. Using the thumb, much more effective.

This was when I was almost to 9 inches. It looked longer due to lack of girth. Also the flaccid length was the same as erect length. It was an AMS 700 24 cm with 2 .5 cm RTEs which was a special order. My replacement is a Titan 26 cm. Titan offers larger sizes. Still working to get back my length. Not sure I will ever get it back. Will post new video when I get a chance.
