Deleting PM in my folder

Do any of u guys know how to clear out PMs (private messages) in ur folder? Mine is 100% full & I have a couple of messages on hold that I can’t read. Need anyones help please. I’ve sent a message to the administrator, but I haven’t gotten an answer.

Yes, you have to check the ones you want to delete, then scroll to the bottom where there is a drop-down box. Open that up and there is a delete tab, then you have to confirm.
