Steve did you lose a lot of size in the wait? I imagine so, 20 years is a lot of years. I have been with the nodule and small Peyronie's plaques for 9 months, and they are reducing my thickness above all for now. That's why I think I have to decide quickly, but my mental state right now is not the best. So I have to find the balance or I don't know what to do

In those years, despite hundreds of hours of traction, and VED use, I lost a lot of size. I went from 7" to 5.5" length, and 5.75" to 4.5" girth. I went into surgery 5.5" and came out the same, and with aggressive cycling, I'm now 6.25" in length. I miss my old fat dick (when it worked) but I love my now never-ending boner.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

I had those problems pre-implant and they are no worse afterwards. 20mg of Sildenafil daily with a cock ring helps quite a bit. I can cum, but it takes a lot of work.

20 mg of sildenafil now? What for the glans congestion or what for? Why do you think it is difficult for you to ejaculate?

The glans and part of the shaft have a separate arterial blood supply (internal pudendal artery) than the cavernosum. The Sildenafil helps increase that blood flow, increasing size and improving sensitivity some as well. I think age has as much to do with some loss of sensitivity as anything.

Hmm this is interesting. How many hours per day did you do traction for? How soon after the on-set of Peyronie's did you start? What kind of traction device did you use?
Born 1986. ED. Peyronie's.

why you ask?

I had a large plaque too that I could feel. It caused half of my dick to be shrunken and tight efen after my implant was put in. However after a year the implant stretched the plaque out and now my dick is doing much better.

The second pic below is one month after my implant - you can see the tightness from plaque on the right side of my shaft. First pic is now, over a year later

Did you get the implant for Peyronie's? Or for erectile dysfunction? you lost a lot of size while waiting to get the implant

For erectile dysfunction. I didn't lose size, I actually gained, the two pics are both after the implant
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I wonder if when it comes to inserting an implant they will be able to do it without damaging the tunica or the urethra, or how they will be able to do it. Does anyone of you have any experience with this? I would not like it or I think I would do nothing more than the implant, if they told me that a separate surgery would have to be done to remove that nodule, I think it would be very invasive and more risk of infection, and I would not do anything. I cross my fingers that it can be done in a single operation. I have read that it is one of the most complicated implant operations. I'm scared if I make up my mind. I'm waiting to talk to the surgeon, does anyone know anything about this?

Corporal fibrosis and peyronie's is different. Peyronie's is calcified and Corporal fibrosis is just collagen. Which do you have?

have both, a fibrous nodule within the corpus cavernosum, and then small plaques of fibrosis that are not calcified. Peyronie's plaques are not always calcified

Here is your answer...

https://uramix.com/the-mooreville-dilator/

they fix both conditions all the time. There are special tools for just that purpose. I had a hard nodule from Injections--perfectly straight now ;)
56, ED 10-15 years. Pills, Bi, Tri then Quad Mix Injections- all slowly less effective. IPP July 2022 (Penscrotal, Titan, 22 + 1) @6mo back to OEM--7.2"L x 5.5"w
