3 weeks from surgery with pump question

Pump relocation and issues happen primarily in infrapubic approach.. If you are done prescrotal they wouldnt ask you to reposition it as it will be/should be correctly positioned(rarely or under inexperienced surgeon you might have issues even in prescrotal).. For infrapubic you should be pulling down for sure as there is a risk it might heal up or in awkward positions. You should do a lot of hot tub and soften up the testicles for easy access and pull down the pump atleast twice a day..

Until the swelling went down, the pump was very high, behind my right nut. I did pull down on it some, not a lot, only because of my reading here. Now when my sac is tight, the pump is a bit high and in back. When sac is relaxed, pump kind of wanders around where it wants to go LOL, often all the way in the bottom, which very much looks like I have 3 balls.

The swelling was way down at 2 weeks when I saw the Dr. for deflation. He took hold of my scrotum and pressed the deflate button and I thought I was going to throw up it hurt so bad, then he re-inflated me to about 40%. At 4 weeks when I saw the AMS rep for activation, pain and swelling was gone and the pump was easily accessible.
