PT-141 and priapism

I want to try pt141 for my ED. My ED is most likely due to low libido, not any physical issue. I have heard of one user on this forum who actually got his ED from pt141 induced priapism. Is this a real risk? Is there anyone else that experienced this?
25 years old. Lifelong (psychogenic?) ED. Can attain erections with viagra+cialis+PT141 but lose arousal randomly during sex with subsequent loss of erection.

Erections are like private jets. I don't have them
