How does an implant compare to a blood filled dick?

I'm have a dilemma because I'm a 25 year old guy and 1/10 times my dick works fantastic, the other 9 times, no penetration possible. This is both with and without pills. The pills don't make much difference because the problem is in my arousal.
I'm considering an implant, but the decision is tough because I know there is nothing really wrong with my penis. So destroying it is difficult for me.
At the same time, as plato once said, a limp dick is a limp dick and it doesn't really matter what the cause is.

Is an implanted penis just as good as a blood filled dick? Or is it very suboptimal?

Gadsiee, Are you regularly able to become aroused to successfully masturbate? If so, I think you know your issue probably isn't physical. I think you need to see a therapist who specializes in male sexual problems. You need some answers both mental and physical before you go for an implant, especially at your age.

I don't masturbate and watch porn anymore in case the whole PIED thing is real. When I used to do that though, I would only be 100% erect when EXTREMELY aroused. And I would have to watch some very unnatural porn to have that happen.

Basically I'm wondering if, aside from the scrotal device, there's any way to tell you have an implant. I'm also concerned about size. Many people here say that it will be the same size as your natural erect penis, but the patient guides in my country (the netherlands), say that it will be the size of your stretched flaccid, which in my case is quite a bit smaller than my erection

Yohimbine has also been an aphrodisiac for me, though you have to take as low a dose as possible so you don't induce the side effect of extreme anxiety.
