You need to find a good urologist. Have them do some tests.
Might have to see a few Doctors to find a good one. Have to find out why you are having a problem. They can do a sonogram to check blood flow in the penis. Does not hurt. It is quick and easy. Takes a few minutes.
You might want to also see a cardiologist.
They might want you to see a therapist. Who knows.
That’s why you need a diagnosis. They can diagnose problem. I don’t think can fix it usually. But at least you know where the problem is.

Think usually it goes you use pills.
Then goes to injections. Then last step if pills and injections don’t work.
Then you get the implant.
The implant is when other things don’t work.

I'm have a dilemma because I'm a 25 year old guy and 1/10 times my dick works fantastic, the other 9 times, no penetration possible. This is both with and without pills. The pills don't make much difference because the problem is in my arousal.
I'm considering an implant, but the decision is tough because I know there is nothing really wrong with my penis. So destroying it is difficult for me.
At the same time, as plato once said, a limp dick is a limp dick and it doesn't really matter what the cause is.

IMO, do a doppler test to see if you have venous leakage. This is a factual answer needed to determine your decision. For me, I was diagnosed with this, and it was severe. Had no choice.

A penile implant is a prosthesis which by definition is an artificial body part, such as a knee, a heart, or a breast implant. Absolutely no prosthesis is better than a functioning original body part.

An implant is a very good solution for Organic ED which involves abnormalities of the penile arteries, veins, or trauma to the penis or nerves. These problems don’t turn on & off and are rarely reversible. They are the most common cause of ED, especially in older men. For which an implant is a good solution.

Since your penis works fantastic sometimes and your problem seems to be (lack of) arousal, Then you most likely have some form of Psychogenic erectile dysfunction. An implant is a poor treatment option for psychogenic ED, especially at such a young age.

IMO, I think you are exploring an end solution without having done your due diligence to address the root cause of your problem and to preserve your natural function. As others have suggested, see an Andrologist and if need be, see two or three before even considering an implant.

My dick worked the way it was supposed to work when I was 25.

I could get hard and stay hard multiple times per day. I would get hard just looking at a good-looking woman. I could fuck for a long time. And it always felt great to feel my dick just start to grow and harden on its own.

The implant is different. While it's far and away the best treatment for my ED, it is still an artificial way to get hard.

I absolutely wouldn't want to go back two years ago when I still hadn't gotten my implant. But my hard on when I was 25 was better than my implanted dick today.

I guess I would say I like my implant more...I miss the feeling of like blood rushing to my dick to get hard. But this implant gets me hard every time. I'm bigger than before (width) and it stays rock hard, I can hit her spot over and over and every time I make her cum multiple times now, when before she would be lucky to have a mild orgasm, let alone multiple which probably only happened a handful of times after major injections and pill combinations. If I were 25 and knew how awesome this thing is, I would've done it. But I was like you and was too worried about destroying it and wanted to wait till I was 35. Wasted so many potential marriage relationships. Gave up getting laid so many times for fear it wouldn't work. Find a good surgeon and do it. Try all the option first blah blah blah, but don't waste your time in them if they aren't working.

I'm uncertain at present since I just got the implant. However, at present I think that I like the implant ore. I like the idea of being super human. Also, I can feel my pecker now all the time, since I went from a "grower" to a "shower" and I like the feeling.
