I have some degree of function left, although its not satisfactory but I can usually ejaculate albeit at like 50 or 60% hardness. the thought of trading off getting that full hardness but an inability to orgasm is very scary. are there any factors that contribute to a likely loss of sensitivity (i.e. the surgical approach or any pre surgery anatomy? what are your experiences with the return of sensitivity given you had an initial change?
Same here. Finasteride caused damage to the dorsal nerves or pudendal and corpus cavernosum.
I lost some sensitivity too.
