You shouldn't lose any mm with implant if it is performed correctly. I am not pushing you for an implant, but everyone whose implant is successful got his before-implant size back, if not more.

I’m 7’ when I use my pill combo (porn and heavy stroking I can keep erection). Even with ruler and flaccid penis pull 7’1.

With Bimix, I’m 6.5’ or sometimes 6.7’

Others on here have posted the same about being shorter on shots.

Making sure I know what you mean...so with pill combo (I assume you mean injections and also viagra?) and watching porn you can get to 7". And your stretched flaccid is 7.1"? But if you only take Bimix you're around 6.5"?

I understand that yes, your size is smaller when you're less aroused and had less medicine, but that's still not because of the medicine itself. It's because you have serious erectile dysfunction problems and you've had them for years. Your tissues have decayed due to atrophy from the worse and worse blood flow that was becoming less effective every day., which I believe happens to all men as they age. If you treat this problem with a VED traction therapy, I believe it is a reasonable expectation that when you repair these tissues you'll be capable of only taking Bixmix and measuring your dick at 7.1".

This is how they work:

VED, which are traditionally a closed end plastic cylinder placed over the penis, use negative pressure via a battery or hand-operated vacuum suction to increase penile blood flow via distension of corporal sinusoids. This negative pressure subsequently induces arterial blood flow into the sinusoidal spaces of cavernosal tissues. Doppler studies have shown nearly a 2-fold increase in cavernosal artery diameter with use of VED.¹ Notably, VED can stimulate oxygenation of corpora without need for an intact nerve supply, a benefit vs pharmacological options for erectile dysfunction such as PDEi-5.

Here's why they're safe:
The vacuum erection device (VED) is the oldest therapy used
for male sexual function among all approved modalities. It was
introduced for erectile dysfunction (ED) nearly 150 years ago,
cleared by U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1982 and
adopted by American Urological Association (AUA) in 1996 as a
standard of care.1 Significant amount of clinic evidence has
proven the effectiveness of VED for ED since the early 1980s.

Wang, R. (2022). Is There Still a Role for Vacuum Erection Devices in Contemporary Sexual Medicine? The Journal of Sexual Medicine, 19(5), 682–685. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jsxm.2022.02.013

I know other people report being shorter due to injections or pills. But the reason they're shorter isn't because the erections came from medication. It's because they needed to take the medication in the first place. If you didn't need Bimix but took it anyway and were in your 20s again, you'd get 7.1". But you're not, so you take medications to get hard, and they do the best they can but they can't overcome all the decay by themselves.

Use a VED and show me how I'm wrong.

I’ve been debating an implant, as I also have Peyronies. I see you are relatively young. How did you keep you size after implant, proper cycling? Use of VED with implant? I read so much on here of people losing an inch or more.

I think the (unfortunately accurate, but totally fixable) truth about a lot of people who lost an inch or more is they relied on the advice of their doctors. Some were told to do cycling 15 minutes every day, and they took it literally. But doing so can be a problem for a lot of reasons, with the first one being their doc probably didn't give a crap how big their dick gets. Your length being 5.6" or 6.3" is not medically relevant, only a workable implant is. Also importantly, hardly any doctor would ever tell their patients, "you should use a VED for an hour a day or more, and also stretch it and bend it and pull it and your dick might get bigger!!!!" No doctors say that, because malpractice. Tell a bunch of men that and see how many hurt their dicks and blame their doctors.

For how I specifically kept my size, for details I'll link my post that I need to also update soon, but fwiw I'm mostly just being excessive and trying harder than I need to, lol. I live by myself and haven't worn pants or underwear in my apartment since getting an implant. I'm using a VED several hours a day, also got a Bathmate which seems really powerful, also lots of Perito’s THE Exercise, etc. But from what all the extremely qualified and reputable research (which I'll also post a bunch more of later) states is you pretty much just need to use a VED before and after surgery and you'll get your size back, plus probably a little extra. My doctor never told me about them. I had zero knowledge going into my implant. Turns out I got lucky for being an idiot (again) and I recently learned me actually taking like 1500-2000 mgs of viagra before sex with several different morbidly-obese tinder chicks several different times was more than enough to get the job done, LOL.

I last saw my urologist December 27th, 2021, 55 days after surgery, and I asked him about VEDs. His response was something like, "they won't do you any good." But he was wrong, and they definitely won't do you any bad either (I thank my patient liaison at Boston Scientific for recommending VEDs to me in an email a few days after this that inspired me to get one). He was an excellent urologist for my rather serious urinary problems and my vasectomy and implant surgeries but his VED advice was outdated. Which is common, especially when I managed to get a letter from him about how he was retiring the day before my surgery, eeeek!!!!!

But all good, he still did my surgery of course. Just a nice coincidence with the date that HR people managed to choose for his official retirement.

I really don't understand why VEDs aren't recommended before implant for virtually every patient. I can imagine some men have relatively unusual conditions that could be a concern, but I'd love to hear any solid reasons against. I mentioned the men who lost size have a very fixable problem because I found research that does confirm those men can still get their size back. It makes perfect sense. Parts of your dick didn't shrivel up disappear and die. It's still there and just needs some more support now. Proof:

Here's my post I'll update soon. I explain some of my likely highly unnecessary routines when using a VED for like 30 minutes a day is probably all you actually need to do: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18385&p=167713#p167713
