Wrong! As might be expected no 2 surgeons measure exactly the same and no 2 surgeries are measured exactly alike. It's all in how much tension they use on the stretch. The best ones use much more than most. But even more, every surgeon subtracts from the actual to get a fit for the IPP. They only come in .5cm increases. My doctors essentially left me 3 inches too short. They never intended to give me full length and figured the LGX stretch would take care of the rest. There are plenty of bad sizing doctors out there. I found 4 in a row.

I am at 40 days post op and I just had my first orgasm, now that I could inflate to 90% of original length, I wanted to checked if I can still ejaculate like how it use to earlier.

Good news is that, there is no difference what so ever, I found the orgasm post op better than what they were when I had my best natural erection.

My surgeon did an amazing job, no swelling, no bruises, no pain and would you believe, he did sucha a fabulous job and also thanks to my small scrotum I can't even feel 1% of the tubing.

My only concerns that stay are with sizing, for which I am more hopeful than ever that I will get it back in few months and secondly on pump back pressure.

For all the guys thinking about an implant, I am sure you must have heard other bionic guys saying this repeatedly, that they wish they would have got this earlier. I can't agree more with this statement. I feel IPP should be made mandatory once pills fail.

Really thankful to FT, I don't think I would have ever got the confidence on taking the plunge had it not been for FT. God bless you all.

I disagree. Some guys use injections for decades. Injection sex was awesome. BiMix (no pain) and reliable 4 hour hardon ...I'm only 2 weeks out, but hard to believe this will be as good as my 1st year with injections

Overall my IPP is better than injections. I'm now like most on here--should have done it sooner
