There is a lad here with ED and he says his penis is only 12 cm long (4 1/2 inch). He is being told he is out of luck because he is to short. ANYONE,,, What is the shortest 3 piece available? Mallable? I know it is right here someplace but I cant find this info. Lost Sheep?

I saw a post by a guy saying his penis is 12cm but I didn't see him say anywhere that he was told he is "out of luck". He just doesnt like the idea of losing potentially a couple more cm with the implant, which is understandable

AMS makes cylinders starting at 12cm, and part of that will be proximal. Sounds very possible to me.

I saw a publication of: a person in the forum was called: and his penis with implant measured 10 cm, the publication is from two or 3 years ago and the implant was done in Spain with Dr. CruZ. Username: a person o una person

I am a living example. I had 4.5 inches long dick and I got implanted with 16 + 2 RTEs. I dont think dick length and implant size go hand in hand exactly. Also I did end up losing about 1/2 inch..

Standard size for Titan starts at a 14cm but that includes the whole length proximal and Distol combined

Now the guy says his erections when laying down are 15 cm. He doesn't have a problem. He was confused with his measurements.

I was only 4 inches before the implant -- not 4 1/2 -- and it was not a problem. It works very well, thank you very much!! Might have lost a little length, but not much and my girth is actually better than before.

Remember that average length of an erect penis is only a little over 5 inches. Yes, I'm a little below average, but what the hell!

As bionicbrother posted in this forum, erect penis length (as the exterior measurement goes) bears only a loose relationship with the size of an implant that would fit in that same penis.

I suspect very strongly that the lad you mention did not write clearly and, as a result, you misunderstood.

The typical ration of proximal to distal measure is 1/3 to 2/3. Add a cm or more for the tissue distal to the implant tips (the glans meatus) and you get

12.5 cm minus 1 cm for the glans meatus - 11.5cm

11.5 cm would be the 2/3 of the implant distal to the surgeon's measurement datum point.

5.75 cm would be the 1/3 of implant proximal to the surgeon's measurement point.

The implant, then, would be 17.25 cm. If an LGX, the surgeon might will choose an 18cm implant. Same size as I have.

I am unsure if any rear tip extenders would be used, but I have 3cm in mine and my penis is about 6" external measurement when fully erect.

A 4 1/2 inch - 12cm penis is definitely NOT too short for an implant.

There are a LOT of men with implants whose penises are less than 4.5 inches. No implant manuracturer would let a market segmant that large go unserved. That is, economics of marketing dictate that the manufacturers would (no pun intended) fill that need by making implants to fit those men.

In case you're referring to me, I'm 11 cm without pressing the bone, pressing the bone, so yes I'm 14.5

Is bone pressed what really matters?
