That bulge seems reasonable. I suppose It'd be slightly more prominent with a tucked in shirt though, which is my regular work attire.
Are you able to fully bend it down yet or you're still bending it with ease until you're fully healed?
Do you feel like it'd be possible to improve it's concealment if you were to use tighter underwear? Any room for improving the concealment aspect?
I figured the names of both porn actors, the one from the video and JH. If anybody's interested PM me and I'll send you their names. JH did ask to not make his name public so I will respect that but will share with those interested for research purposes via PM.
I'm not entirely sure that the actor from this video has a malleable but there are indications. Great result if that's indeed a malleable.
Overall, it’s reasonable, it’s just something I’m not used to. With a titan I was easily able to push it to either side because it had a lot more flexibility. With a malleable you have possibly 90° of downward turn. I have definitely been a lot more aggressive with the bending, but that doesn’t mean it necessarily Bends more, just means it’s easier and quicker to get it into the downward position.
I tried very tight underwear at first, but I’m barely a week out of surgery and everything is still pretty sensitive. One thing I did do was use Aspercreme with lidocaine on the head and shaft and they made everything a whole lot better as far as the rubbing was concerned.
Overall the two main concerns for me are 1-the concealment is harder than a three-piece 2-there was a size penalty, going from natural to the three piece and again going from the three piece to the malleable. But as I stated before, I would rather have a 6.3 inch working penis over a 7 inch floppy penis.
It’s not all negative. It is far easier to get the malleable ready to go then it is for the inflatable. Reliability is definitely better. Less of an infection risk From what I’ve read due to the less invasive surgery. Lower cost of implantation. The recovery with the malleable has been far easier, even after dealing with the removal of the infected three piece. I’m sure there’s more I’m not thinking of right now.
The biggest test is going to be when I’m allowed to go back in action again. Once I really get a road test it I am sure I’ll know what my next move is. I have a consult with Dr. Hakky on November 9, and from what I’ve heard that’ll be an eye-opening meeting. I’ll be cleared to go into action on November 7 and I plan to give a detail report of how that goes.
Without all the details, I can say this. If you’re number one main concern is keeping size then you’re probably gonna want to go with a three-piece. If you want something that’s completely reliable and has a very small chance of ever malfunctioning and are OK with losing half inch to an inch of length than the malleable might be the way to go
