Hello Everyone,
I have been facing issues due to post finasteride syndrome for a long time now. My doctor has finally told me to go for an implant after trying every possible method. This treatment costed me quite a lot and since I am very young and in my first job, it was difficult for me to afford it till now. But I somehow did it.
I had saved some of my money for an implant but due to sudden stroke faced by my father changed everything. He used up his savings, whatever little savings I had and I also had to take a loan for all of that.

The doctor has told me that the placement of implant is very urgent since the path of the placement has shrunken quite a bit.
So today I am here asking for all of your help. Please help me in this situation by contributing whatever you can. I hope after going through similar stuff, you guys can understand what I am going through.

I am not in a position to contribute money, but I have this advice:

Use a vacuum erection device to keep your penis tissues healthy. Erections caused by vacuum draw blood into your penis (the oxygen in the blood is healthy for your tissues) and keep your tissues elastic with stretching. Twice daily for about 30 minutes each session is common. Get erect under the vacuum for a minute or two and then release the vacuum, letting your penis go flaccid. Then get erect again. Repeat for 30 minutes. Do not vacuum too much. Just enough to get an erection as large as your normal erection or a cm larger. Any more than that risks damaging your penis.

This will keep your cavernosum opened up to make insertion of the implant easier for the surgeon and recovery a small amount more comfortable for you. It will also preserve your size.
