Curious Question. Erection (inflated) - Peeing

Postby on the road of life » Thu Nov 10, 2022 5:35 am

I have an implant but I have not reached the moment of its inflation.

When the implant is inflated, does it block the possibility of urinating, as it happens with a natural erection? :?: :?: :?:

Under natural conditions, the sphincter of the bladder closes and the passage of the vas deferens towards the urethra is opened to allow the expulsion of semen.

I know that some men can urinate with an erection, but most find it very difficult or impossible at all

I would appreciate your experiences with the implant

After my revision, my urine stream launches in a wide spray and at 45 degrees to port. Surgeon recommended leaving partially inflated to straighten the stream.

I can pee when fully inflated, but I was also able to with a natural erection. Inflated, it is hard to aim, like with any stiff boner, and the stream isn't quite as strong as it used to be. It feels like the cylinders are slightly compressing my urethra, but it's not a problem.

I pump every more for the last 5 months up to max as soon as my alarm goes off, then get out of bed and pee like a champ… if anything it’s more open than it was prior. Now when I’m deflated I have issues with which way it will come out.. lol. Sometimes it’s to the left and sometimes to the right. Have to kinda hold the tip open to pee straight. I think it has to do with how equally you deflate the sides when squeezing it empty. If one side has more in it , then you will pee to the opposite side…

Thank you for your answers

For me, it was practically impossible to pee with a natural erection, or it was very uncomfortable or almost painful.

With the implant, my urine stream has improved, I guess by keeping the urethra stretched.
We'll see what happens when I start inflating it.

Which I will tell you about in another post, because the bulb is hyper hard and the day is approaching when the doctor will inflate it for the first time.

thx

I know what you are speaking of...Since my implant I can pee while erect and having sex (I could not before.)...You will learn to close the sphincter that causes you to pee. When I first got my implant I would pee a little during oral, vaginal and masturbation. Now I pee before sex if at all possible. Sometimes when I relax muscles to orgasm, pee is expelled and may even shoot out, but this does not happen often.

wow. :o

That was not on my radar.

I had not realized that this could happen during sex. Which makes sense.

Another learning in this new and special way of having sex. Since the closure of the sphincter is not automatic, it must be controlled.

I suppose that it could be more likely, also, that retrograde ejaculations occur, that is, towards the bladder.

Thanks a lot
