Do a search on underwear that has a sleeve to hold the penis upright. I wrote several posts with names and model #. Amazon carries several brands.
I was operated on Friday and a week later I was im the church pulpit, pointing up, in a suit. Got no comments.

At first I thought I would hid the surgery… after a lot of thought I just opened up about it! My 31 year old daughter, 33year old son. My parents and my wife’s parents. I just explained to them what an implant was and in general terms explain why I needed it. Overall this has been by far the best way to handle it… FOR ME. Was an interest at first for a few months then after the idea of it settled in nobody ever mentions it or asks any questions. Just told the 6 year old triplets that I had a surgery on my tummy and they can’t set in my lap or jump on me for a while. Everybody is different but really it’s a much bigger deal in our minds than it really is if you just open up about it.

Good to hear it you could be open about. Unfortunately it is not possible in my situation.
I also will get a Titan. Do you think it would be possible for you to hide the implant. Or returning to work after two weeks off without co-workers being suspicious?

Not sure about how much your inflated or if you can deflate yet. I was about 75-80% inflated for the first week and during that time there would have been no way, but at my one week appointment, my Dr removed staples and removed the drain. At this point he deflated me to maybe 15-20% and at that point I could put it up and wear tight underwear or even two pair and pretty much hide it. Only problem after about an hour of this it became very uncomfortable. By the end of two weeks I could probably go 3-4 hours with it off to the side a little and wear two pair of underwear before it got very uncomfortable. By the middle of week 2 and into the third week it got much easier and I started pumping and deflating by the 17day. At that time I would deflate it more than the Dr had..probably around 10% and could go 6-8 hours with it tucked up or down. You’ll find yourself changing positions thru the day to stay tolerable. It took probably 8-9 weeks to be able to go a full 10-12 hour work day without any discomfort at all. Sorry hope this isn’t confusing… everybody heals at a different rate. Heck I messed around with the wife on day 21 and had full on sex at 25 days but it was a little painful.
Thanx

Unless your surgeon lives you 70-80% inflated for 6 weeks than it will be hard to conceal erection thru holidays and gatherings. Otherwise, you will be fine. AMS is not Titan. I had my implant on 12/2/2020 and was left inflated to some degree but definitely not 70-80%. I had no problems concealing it thru holidays while attending family gatherings.
That should be a good time because of some time off for holidays which will help you recover from surgery and get used to different penis. Nike compression underwear will take care of it. It did for me.
Good luck,

For most of my gatherings, I wore dress pants and buttons down shirt tackled in in pants. I would just recommend darker colored pants.
With my first implant which was a Titan, I had hard time to conceal it while wearing scrubs at the hospital. Almost 2 years since I received my AMX, I had no problems concealing it in any situation. I wear speedo swim briefs at my private pool with my 2 adult daughters and wife, sometimes also having friends to. No more shrinkage in cold water.

Thanx for willing to answer questions all the time. This is very helpful for us who don't have an implant yet and hard to get an idea how things will go.
As i also see children at work. Can you tell if a jockstrap can be used, with the penis pointing down?

A jock strap might be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time no matter which way you position your penis. Maybe consider underwear made of spandex?
Again, it's a bulge, not a huge outline of your penis like a porn star. Kids won't even notice it. Anyone who does happen to notice most likely won't say anything. You don't go up to a female and tell her "Nice boobs" right?

Your big concern being around children is their height. If the head is at crotch level be careful! One blow to the groin can put you down in the early days. My 3-year-old grandson accidently headbutted me right on the head of my penis at about 8 weeks post. Good thing I was in front of my chair!

A jock strap made of a spandex blend can be quite comfortable. A lot less abrasive than a regualar athletic supporter and stretchier. Same stuff bike shorts are made of.

If you know anyone who is handy with a needle and thread (aside from your surgeon), take advantage of their skills to make custom-fit underwear?

Yes. Or as Lost Sheep suggested, a spandex jock strap.
