Cock rng and natural engorgement I measured at just under 8” and still get nearly 6 1/4 girth. Does cylinder width really even matter?
Btw- tried to have sex with the wife like this and she wouldn’t go for it. I think it’s very possible

Clavell did the initial with a titan xl.
I always felt like this thing was fragile
We don’t know where the failure is, but I was crippled with abdominal pain for about 20 minutes last night after work and had no idea what was causing it…a couple hours later I discovered the failure

Sorry to hear this mate. Sounds like the reservoir might have ruptured if you had abdominal pain.

I've never read about reservoir getting ruptured, I believe Clavell himself says that in one of his youtube videos about the Titan.

Scheduled for Dec 13 with Clavell. I’m not happy at all about this. My only option is putting the same piece of shit titan back in because they won’t pay for anything else. It’s going to be $5k out of pocket for me regardless of the warranty on that trash ipp. Maybe I’ll get an upsize, but even that isn’t guaranteed

Craig,

From what I have read the Titan is probably the most durable implant out there, I think your odds are pretty good the replacement will work fine and for a long time. I have also seen the failure rate is about 1 to 2%, which is small, but that is for every 98 guys out there who have no problems there is 2 who do. It is unfortunate and I feel really bad for you, but I wouldn't trade my Titan for anything right now. (Note, I left the door open on that one)
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

The oldest titan I’ve seen on here in a while is just 3 years old. I’m not buying the stats

Why would you get upsized? Why would you want too?

Because the implant can stretch out tissue over time and allow the surgeon to fit in a larger one on revision
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Over less than a year? Idd think he would just want a implant that worked at this point.
