For a couple of months , thought i was going to have a problem with orgasm, but 7-months out now and its getting better , and seems that they are stronger and more intense especially if its been 4 or 5 days , almost seem to be better quality of climax overall.

It was a difficult decision to go through with the implant , but compared to dealing with the injections and different mixes of tri-mix and quad -mix and the after effects , for me , this has been the absolute best outcome, will definitely get a revision if for some reason this one fails .. lost some length at first , but it seems to be gaining all the time ( perito exercise ) seems to help and regular cycling..

Sure glad that i was lucky on the recovery side , reading all of the guys who have had a rough recovery, i was expecting it to be worse , but mine was not bad !!

I was going to start a new thread but glad I found this one. I was implanted September 29 with AMS 700. Erections are awesome but I'm having a very difficult time reaching orgasm, a problem I never had pre-implant. I've only ejaculated once during intercourse since the implant and a few times with masturbation. My wife and I are both enjoying our new toy and I have sensation / arousal, it just takes a really long time to come and we usually give up. Everything I was told, both by my urologist and online resources, was that I could expect no changes in orgasm. This is disappointing, to say the least. I solved one problem and created a new one. Hopefully, this will get better with time, I know I'm at the very beginning of this journey. Any thoughts/advice from guys who have had this problem? So far, my urologist advised me to keep taking the 10 mg Tadalafil that I was taking pre-implant and suggested there may be other treatment options.

For more than a year after my implant, my orgasmic response was reduced and delayed. It slowly came back and now I am as quick on the trigger as ever if I want to be. Or, I can slow down to make myself last longer before before orgasm/ejaculation (something I was never able to do before the implant because slowing down meant erectile collapse.)

It may take weeks for your previous level of response comes back or a couple years. I opine that my penile nerves were traumatized and were afraid to "come out" until the coast was clear for a while.

I tink you will be fine after a time.
