Sex is sex. I waited until I was cleared for sex. But I was very worried about infection and wanted to do nothing that would risk that. Ask your doctor is the best I can say to you.

That being said, I got off 2 days after surgery. Later the same day as the drain came out. I did so in a way that was very soothing and not terribly rough on my sore crotch.

The shower.

I was sore. I thought a warm shower would ease the soreness. I adjusted the water temp, and laid down in the shower to where the water was focused on the sore areas. One thing led to another. I did not use high pressure jets. A soothing warm spray was enough to bust a nut.

It certainly was less risky than any vigorous rubbing or jacking. The surgeon had me inflating and deflating by the 7th day. It was scary as hell because I was terrified I’d never find the deflate button amongst all that swelling.

I would definitely advise against doing anything rough. But a gentle shower stream of warm water at right spot? Worked for me.
