Cuming Confusion

I have been implanted a year and everything has been going great. I notice lately however that there have been instances lately where I have to use my hand to cum. What’s that all about?

I’m not implanted but I have to do this too if I’ve ejaculated recently.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
