Well in my unqualified opinion no it does not look infected. Because there is no inflammation or redness around the incision. The yellow could be a part of the healing process since your surgery was so recent. But If it were me I would see the Dr ASAP to make sure. Don’t take any chances with infection.

I had a similar issue with my incision. I had to postpone cycling and sex later than usual. I did show my surgeon about it. He told me to leave it open and to wash with Hibacleanse , probably misspelled . It was very concerning but like others have said. Go now and see a doctor just to make sure it's not an infection

I saw the DR yesterday and he thinks it’s just superficial and the first layer is all that has opened up. Yesterday evening he called my pharmacy and ordered another round of antibiotics just to be safe.

That was good news to hear as some doctors just let it go without additional meds and that can turn out bad. Some of us heal slower than others. The only thing to do now is to heal. That is your job and follow your doctor's orders on wound care. Time will tell if you develop infection or not. Be as healthy as you can with the limited activity during the long recovery this can take. We all have trouble for one reason or another. If you'd like one on one dialog you can PM me (private message) upper right of this page. All the best luck to you going forward with this.
