Hey Jere,

Been a while since I posted much been too busy. I will borrow you log and brag a little. No photo available yet. At 5 months post, hit the seven inch mark.

[b]Today (6/27) is my six month anniversary with my AMS 700 LGX Implant![/b]

On page one of my Journey; I said that I was 6.25” X 5.25” back in the day. Now I’ve gained ½” in length in only six months. Maxed out for me is 24 pumps, but I have backed off to no more than 18 to 20 pumps. This is plenty for penetration. I feel like I’m gaining length a little too fast. Don’t want to be a victim of erosion! When maxed out, at first, I was getting a little aching at the base of my penis. Over time, the ache started moving towards the glans as more and more pumps were added. My Uro said that was the cylinders stretching out and that was a good thing. I’m breaking it in!

The only problem that I’m still experiencing is with the rear tip extenders and riding in the car. We have firm leather seats in the car that push up on the rear tips. This can get painful on long drives, so I have a donut cushion that I use to keep the perennial area off the seat. On short drives, it’s not a problem. No other seat that I have sat on bothers me. This gives me a good reason to look for a new car!

I have done lots of experimenting with the flaccid state and the number of pumps to use under clothes. Being naked, from totally flat cylinders, I like 3 pumps for a nice round normal look and wag. Wearing clothes I like to totally deflate the cylinders. In addition to squeezing my penis, I’ll take two fingers of the other hand and mash on the cylinders through my sctotum. With the cylinders totally deflated, this softens the “Bent Straw” effect, if any at all. Also, being totally flat, I’m back to the old boxer shorts or nothing at all with some shorts and jeans. It does feel good to drop trou and give it a few pumps when I get back home and get naked again.
I go to sleep with about 10 pumps. This is flexible enough to roll over without noticing it. As the night wears on and I change positions, I will add a pump or two. By the time I wake up, I have Morning Wood!

At first, I would hit the deflate button and just let it do its own thing. After getting dressed, with lots of fluid still in the cylinders, it made for a good looking package, but was a little uncomfortable. The Jockey Pocket Briefs would mash a little fluid out, but not enough for a good comfort feel. I had a constant feeling that the implant was there, and would wonder if I would ever get used to this thing. Well, with lots of experimenting, I have got this down to an “Inflatable Penile Prosthesis Science”!

I still have a little skin adhesion on the top back side of the pump. This makes the reservoir tube poke out some on the top right side of my scrotum. The connector rubs the inside of my scrotum and be irritating at times. My Uro said this will come loose in time, keep pulling on it.

PSA update: Aprils test came back at 23.2 and that is up from 15.5 in Jan. I’m on Avodart now to shrink my prostate. The testosterone replacement therapy and the Avodart have caused moderate testicular atrophy and my Uro said they want come back to their old size. This sucks! I go back in July for another PSA and see if the Avodate is helping bring these numbers down. I had a biopsy last October, so he will probable want to do another one (this will be number 3). This PSA roller coaster is really getting old!

Guys, I look back at my first post and photos after surgery and can’t believe it. The first two weeks of photos (healing period) are such a distant memory. Nothing about getting an IPP is that bad. It’s been a very easy trip to take. And the rewards are endless ↗↗↗↗↗↗↗!
