The AMS devices may be more malleable early on than the other brands, but they are not really what I’d call flaccid. My doctor deflated me the day after surgery, and for weeks I could swear he barely deflated me at all. After a while, and some really hot showers, it became a LOT more malleable. Now I usually put in a pump or two, depending on what I am wearing that day.

I have an AMS 700 and I am newly implanted. I flew round trip from Chicago to Los Angeles last weekend and had no problem getting through security at O’Hare and LAX.

Flying to Costa Rica (stopping in Miami) next weekend for a week vacation. We will see what happens internationally.
