Hi All,
Now, about 8-weeks post-implant surgery, I am learning of a new challenge.
How do you fellow implantees deal with your 24/7 semi-erected friend?
Does your fully deflated flaccid penis get softer and more deflated over time or should I just start to get used to this?
What are the best underwear products you recommend to hide your semi? When swimming or working out?

You do know you can squeeze your penis to expel the saline while it’s deflating right?

I don’t worry about my bulge at all. I’m a guy and guys have bulges.

Personal note. The hardest thing that I had to get use to was going from a grower to a shower.
It did take some time for the cylinders and pump to "soften". Roughly 6-9 months.
Were you a grower prior the getting your implant?
Full deflation is a bit tricky. Remember, 40 to 50% of the shaft is not seen, and as such, learning to deflate the total shaft has a learning curve. Pressing the release button and squeezing what you see is a start. Now you need to squeeze the part behind the scrotum. While holding the release, cross your legs and squeeze your thigh and pelvic muscles... HARD....while squeezing the shaft. Remember, after doing all that squeezing, to give the pump one good press to reset the release valve to fully closed.

Took about 2-3 months before it was comfortable for me. By 4-5 months it had softened a lot and was more comfortable. Don’t worry about the bulge. It’s simply part of you now. Now you know what it’s like to be a shower. 99% of people won’t notice it anyway the other 1% shouldn’t be looking unless they are interested.

Yea don't worry about the bulge. You'll get used to it.

You will soften up more as time passes, but you are always going to have a bulge. In jeans my bulge does not show, in sweatpants it shows a little, in my cotton boxer brief underwear it shows a lot (but only the wife sees that). I do refuse to wear my swim trunks anymore though; they are like a second skin when wet.
