if you find yourself in this situation take the injections or the implant now without wasting time

agree with Frank -- you sound kinda young(?) -- you could buy some/alot of time with injections if interested -- go to the Injections forum for lots of info.
If you see an implant as your only remedy, there is a large host of recommendations in this forum.

Even us older guys feel the pain. It’s really curtailed by extra curricular activity. If I can’t get my junk working better soon I’ll be moving forward with the implant.

I know the feeling all too well my urologist said he wouldn't recommend injections for a young single guy, has been trying to push for me to try vein embolization before an implant because I'm young but I haven't seen much positive results come from it from my own research so feel like going straight for the implant as soon as possible is the best option to get over this ordeal as soon as possible

This is ridiculous. Injection therapy has been shown in studies to actually improve erectile function without them. Vein embolization is known not to work. I much better recommend just PGE-1 injections. Use VED and penile traction to both increase the size of the penis and avoid scarring from the injections.

I don't particularly get much attention from women (I am pretty average looking and am 42 years of age), but I recently met a women way out of my league in terms of looks. She is 30 years of age, looks like a model and is sexually insatiable . She literally wants sex everyday, multiple times a day and night. Its always something that I dreamed of and is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The problem is, my penis just won't work and I am on the verge of loosing her. If you get a lot of attention, I guess there will be many more opportunities for you, but it feels with me the chance of a lifetime is slipping away.
