will shockwave help with narrowed arteries ?

One of the newer treatments for ED, Shock Wave Therapy is still in it's experimental stages. While the treatment often sounds promising, it is only effective for a few patients and the results are not permanent. Informed Consumers are the best patients!

will shockwave help with narrowed arteries ?

Postby s7utty » Sat Dec 17, 2022 7:27 pm

ive been diagnosed with narrowed arteries. namely my left cavernous artery is very wide.
i can get full erection without pills but the problem is im losing them fast. im also limitem to certain positions. I can have penetrative sex but im forced to finish penetration in around 5 minutes or otherwise i will lose my erection. not completely byt it will be much softer definitely partner isnt feeling me inside. im only 27 years old and wouldnt like yo rely on pills and dont want to use them yet.

Do you think i could actually benefit from shockwave ?

the andrologists say that if it is an arterial problem yes, if it is a venous problem no, I would give it a try

On a daily basis im able generally to have sex once a day with sometimes days where my boner doesnt respond at all is basically dead dick even if day or two ago i could have sex 2-3 times a day. This is all on NO pills.

However, noticed lately that literally EVERY time i decide to take some stimulants such as coke or mephedrone or mdma - with 5 minutes of 1st use im getting super retracted shortened penis that is very hard and rubbery. Even 20mg of cialis doenst change penis look at all. It still remains short and unresponsive but very hard at the same time.
As stimulants are vasoconstrictors - my theory is that normal healthy male struggle with something called "stim dick" but for them even small viagra or cialis soses solve problem totally and even without pills they would get any kind of erection by stimulation probably. While I remain in super hard flaccid mode... no matter if i take pills or not while being sober - pills arent necessary at all to have casual sex

Do you think it acts like that because of my theory that it narrows already narrow arteries and makes it basically impossible to blood flow to penis ?

If I were you I would be very careful mixing stiumlants with your dick. Sure it shrinks it via vasoconstriction and it feels awesome to cum on stimulants but it takes forever and beating my dick for long periods of time while on stimulants is what landed me in my current situation.

That said yes I think over time your arteries can narrow and be less expansive it is basically CVD.

Yep. Anything and I mean anything that narrows your arteries and makes blood and chlosterol harder to pass through will over time cause plaque buildup and less expansive arteries
