Interest in Glans Engorgement Thread?

I have surveyed the Glans Engorgement topic in this Forum and find scattered posts in the past concerning it including various ways of addressing it if it is a problem.

My question to the brothers "is there interest in coalescing potential solutions to support those who find it a problem". I personally have tried several methods and have read about more.

So please weigh in if you have interested and, if a large enough number, we can start a thread.

Cialis and a cock ring does it for me. I get about 40-43 pumps and when aroused it looks and feels like my pre-op. My wife now claims it’s bigger lol. It took me a year of doing the Perito exercises and experimenting with different types of oral meds.

Tri-mix gel works for some when pills dont work at all.

I started the trimix gel in the glans. Seems to help but is not a panacea.

Going to continue to give it a number of tries before I make a final decision.

I used Viagra take 1 in the morning and another the next morning or night. That's for planned sexual activity, everything seems to be a lot fuller then. that's my system and it works. But unplanned sexual activity is still A-1

Definitely interested.
Before implant; for approx 4 years I was on daily Cialis and using trimix for date night. Despite ED, I always had a nice mushroom head that was larger in girth than the shaft when both flaccid & hard.

Post implant I have a cone head dick. Shaft tapers down to the glans which is now the smaller girth. My glans swells moderately before climax which I take as a good sign that some function is there. I’m also less than 60 days post surgery so I’m not throwing red flags yet. But the shrunken glans is probably my most concerning issue post implant.

I’m reluctant to go back on the daily Cialis because the chronic back pain I was having for several years is gone since I discontinued the daily Cialis. I’m going to experiment with higher (on demand) doses of viagra & cialis before activities but dam, I was hoping to get rid of all the ED aids once I got the implant.

Depends on where you go. Mine cost 7k but it was for the shaft too and they used a lot of cc’s
