Shockwave before and after results

One of the newer treatments for ED, Shock Wave Therapy is still in it's experimental stages. While the treatment often sounds promising, it is only effective for a few patients and the results are not permanent. Informed Consumers are the best patients!

I did started having more morning wood frequently

So the question I wonder is the Trimix giving you improvement or the shockwaves?

Also you mentioned using clomid. Where does that come in for your routine? I'm currently using 50mg EOD and feel nothing good or bad. Also using cabergoline .5mg per week.

Maybe both. I also took Juven juice to heal. I also do pumps with hot water with the bathmate Hydromax x30. At this time l, I need more shock waves but the price is just ridiculous.

They gave you the 5 time 5 units and the second time 10 units.
That might explain the difference.

Also first time a natural bent to the left and the second time a 20° to the right????
Finasteride is well known for the bend to the left.

Why not use Traction or Xiaflex? That would probably solve your problem.

Every time I got 5 units I will leave the office with an eretion. I first, I did not respond to trimix

Xiaflex is for peyronie's, I have corporal fibrosis

Conclusion. Shockwave helps with bloodflow, but it's not a cure. I still have ups amd downs and sometimes prefer something else

Before I did shockwaves I did a penile doppler with erection. It only lasted 3 minutes. The systolic pressure was very low and I was leaking a lot. After shockwaves I did another penile doppler to see if shockwaves really worked, the effcets of trimix lasted the whole duration of the doppler. That means I respond better to timix and oral medications.

I wont use trimix because it causes scarring because the corpus cavernosum is fragile and the needle breaks the smooth muscle cells and turns them to collagen deposits. That is why these men stop responding to injections over time and at the same time they already have diseases like hypertension, diebetes etc. Some not all.

Im trying to reverse the effects of finasteride by doing shockwave, daily tadalafil 5mg before bed, arginine, citrulline, taurine, creatine for increasing 5Ar. I want to convert fibrosis back to smooth muscle cells by recruiting stem cells. Idk if its possible, but Im tring

Any sources on trimix injections causing collagen deposits? My urologist said that injecting Trimix has a very low incidence of scarring barring a priapism episode.

Yeah bro thats what I read on every paper but still when I come to ED forums almost everyone says they developed scarring after some time. I am using Alprostadil which has low risk for scarring but wanna switch to Bimix because it is painful.
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future
