I will delete if this is not allowed on here. But now that my implant is fixed, I'd like to test it out with no strings attached.

How does one go about getting an escort. IS there a reliable website? My fear is getting set up by police..

Instead of an escort, you might try a Surrogate partner. These are therapy-based sexual partners who are trained in helping folks have better sex. they are not sex workers, but are trained therapists who are surrogate sex partners. It could be a much more fulfilling experience with a person who is trained to talk about what you are experiencing and you don't have to hide anything. Take a look to see if there are any near you. It's disgusting and pathetic that we are still governed by anti sex theocrats who want to force their ancient mythology on everyone, so 2 consenting adults can't exchange sexual favor for money.

I can pay someone to rub my shoulders and it's fine, but if I pay them to rub my dick suddenly we both need to go to jail?
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
