The coloplast rep I talked to was on his 6th implant, doesn’t seem to stop him. Doctors can cut through scar tissue. They make serrated dilators to help cut through scar tissue. Worst case scenario you get a smaller implant as your 5th or 6th one, when you’re older. And by then who knows what doctors will be able to do.

How old was he? Also in how many years has he had 6 implants? I hope for a long time
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future
