As someone who just got implanted on Friday, I can say that a Titan implant at even just 4 or 5 pumps (20-30% capacity) would probably be sufficient for intervourse. Haven’t used it though, and when I do, I plan to be pumped at max

If you're lucky and still get good bloodflow, thats amazing. There is one guy here that leaves his implant inflated at like 20% all the time. Rest is all natural engorgement. He basically never pumps or deflates. This should also massively increase the lifetime of an implant. Requires very good natural bloowdlow tho.
