Can you have sex with a deflated titan implant
Re: Can you have sex with a deflated titan implant
I am interested to know too because I'm young and I may run out of revisions

If you're lucky and still get good bloodflow, thats amazing. There is one guy here that leaves his implant inflated at like 20% all the time. Rest is all natural engorgement. He basically never pumps or deflates. This should also massively increase the lifetime of an implant. Requires very good natural blood flow tho.
It isn’t a good idea to never inflate/deflate. I know of gentleman who kept his implant inflated all the time. Had arthritis in his hands and found it difficult to inflate/deflate. He was heavy set and had a smaller penis so it wasn’t noticeable under clothes.
Anyway, the problem was that scar tissue encapsulated his (deflated) reservoir and he ended up being unable to deflate it. Eventually it failed anyway and he got a malleable for his revision surgery.
The take away lesson is give the implant an inflation/deflation once in a great while at least, just to keep tissue pliable.

Considering that I've never read of a member that "ran out of revisions". Even a guy that I read that had I believe it was 8 revisions. I feel that your worry is greatly overstated.

I agree, Craigohbig. Might be a bad reason. Might be a good reason. But rendering a judgment in an unhelpful and insulting, condescending manner is just rude.

Lets get real. How deflated are you & how wet is she. Until you know these variables, this topic is unanswerable.
ABSOLUTELY TRUE!
Sometimes, my girlfriend wants to skip the foreplay and just wants penetration, like RIGHT NOW. Penetrating my girlfriend's vagina with my fully inflated penis if she has not had a few preparatory orgasms requires 3 to 5 times as much effort as if she has had a couple of orgams in foreplay. Loosening up the vaginal canal and release of lubricating vaginal discharges makes a HUGE difference!
Getting graphic, if she has had orgasms, inserting my erection in her is almost instantaneous. The moment my glans finds the moisture of her vagina one simple thrust (fast or slow, doesn't matter) and I am in. If she has not had orgasms, we have to guide my glans to her vaginal opening and then gentle, short thrusts to spread her labia and allow some vaginal juices get on her labia and my glans. Each thrust getting a tiny bit deeper until coronal ridge gets in. Then things get wetter and slipperier and full penetration is possible without discomfort.
So, getting back on track with the original question, a partly inflated/slightly stiff penis (as some have described uninlated Coloplast Titan-implanted penises) may not be able to slip into a willing vagina with anywere near the ease that same penis could slip into one expanded and lubricated by foreplay and orgams beforehand.

Right, and even if there was some horrible complication that, God forbid, caused the loss of everything, one with enough money and lucky enough to have a suitable organ donor available could even get a full transplant! It's happened before with a man who lost his manhood in an IED explosion.
Running out of revisions? I think not.

Take a look at this reply to another question on this forum...If you read this as an insult maybe this was a better way to say it. Just so you know it was not meant to be an insult:
There is no hard limit on the number of revisions (or partial revisions, to complicate matters) a man can have. It is HIGHLY dependent on specific details of his condition. The causes of the need for revision bear on this, also.
Your Doctor's advice to wait is sound. If you have a working penis (however marginal) destroying that erectile capacity for a mechanical device is short-sighted and foolish.
Look at it this way;
An implant is non-reversible and will render you unable to get an erection without it. An implant does not cure E.D. It guarantees 100% impotence until you inflate.
If you could run a 6 minute mile on your own feet, would you opt for prosthetic feet that enabled a 4 minute mile, but if (when) they failed, would leave you in a wheelchair until you have another surgery?
Implant is not a cure. It is a treatment. A very good one, but not a cure. A natural erection if far superior in many ways, so if a treatment that is less invasive, destructive and flawed than an implant will work for you, take it. Most treatments do not leave you permanently changed as an implant does. But if NOTHING is available, then do consider an implant

hi odekko, would you like to say that beyond the fact that an implant works, the pleasure of coitus and fellatio does not compensate for intercourse with a natural erection for 10/15 minutes 50% of the time?
