Bro please shut up don’t comment if you don’t got an answer let other people ask whatever they want worry about ur own thing

It’s crazy how little help these guys provide. Obviously there’s a reason for that question

100%, obviously, the poster is young and concerned about revisions, using the implant deflated (with natural engorgement) would prolong the life of the implant, requiring less revisions. The more revisions, the greater the risk of infection, and this can be a determining factor on whether to get an implant at a young age. Thus, a completely legit, and understandable question. And clearly, he is looking for a general answer e.g would penetration be possible at all deflated.

No idea why people comment when they can't understand the question or add anything useful.

Just remember, guys without implants, have no idea what it feels like to have an implant, we may question things that seem natural/obvious to implanted guys.

To clarify, as per user reviews:

- most titan users can use the implant deflated (but with natural engorgement) for oral, some can penetrate deflated with natural engorgement;
- some users can inflate 20-30% and penetrate with natural engorgement;
- most people seem to prefer 80-100% inflated for penetration (this can be partner specific);
- can also be dependent on the partner and their preferences.

The answers may vary, as it seems to rely on the outcome of the surgery. Some have natural engorgement after surgery, some do not.

Hope this help!

Take a look at this reply to another question on this forum...If you read this as an insult maybe this was a better way to say it. Just so you know it was not meant to be an insult:

There is no hard limit on the number of revisions (or partial revisions, to complicate matters) a man can have. It is HIGHLY dependent on specific details of his condition. The causes of the need for revision bear on this, also.

Your Doctor's advice to wait is sound. If you have a working penis (however marginal) destroying that erectile capacity for a mechanical device is short-sighted and foolish.

Look at it this way;

An implant is non-reversible and will render you unable to get an erection without it. An implant does not cure E.D. It guarantees 100% impotence until you inflate.

If you could run a 6 minute mile on your own feet, would you opt for prosthetic feet that enabled a 4 minute mile, but if (when) they failed, would leave you in a wheelchair until you have another surgery?

Implant is not a cure. It is a treatment. A very good one, but not a cure. A natural erection if far superior in many ways, so if a treatment that is less invasive, destructive and flawed than an implant will work for you, take it. Most treatments do not leave you permanently changed as an implant does. But if NOTHING is available, then do consider an implant

hi odekko, would you like to say that beyond the fact that an implant works, the pleasure of coitus and fellatio does not compensate for intercourse with a natural erection for 10/15 minutes 50% of the time?

Thanks Frank! YOU GOT IT

Strategies to prolong an implants life. While sounding good just don't have a basis in facts. We have a member that posts frequently that never used his implant due to a stroke. His implant stopped inflating eventually. I think its hard to spare your implant less than he did. He only inflated it monthly but never had sex with it. End result was just like he had used the hell out of it.
So sparing your implant to save it is not a viable thing. Just get the implant & use it like its supposed to be used. Failure does not seem to be related to the amount its used.

To answer your specific question. I could have had sex the first few months with mine mostly deflated. After it became more soft and flexible( broke in) since day 5 months and even more so now…. No way. After it’s broke in it’s very soft and if completely deflated it’s almost flat and has no rigidity. Saying that I usually keep anywhere from 2-5 pumps in mine as it’s more comfortable and feels and looks more more normal. The way I keep it with several pumps I could easily have sex with it. Would probably be as good as it was on many ICA seven the shots and pills were failing but I would keep on giving it all I had until climax.

My answer is Yes, I could have sex with my deflated Titan IF the entry was well lubricated. Vaginal but probably not anal.
I have masturbated deflated. Had oral deflated while I was inflating, that was hot. Even now that my Titan is 3+ years old and has softened up the answer is still YES.

I would classify the stages of inflation/deflation as
1 - iron hard
2 - comfortably erect
3 - smooth and soft
4 - wrung out
For me penetration is possible in level 3 with a small amount of natural erection.
It takes a bit of work to deflate to level 4, but at that level my dick looks like an empty beer can that has been crushed with depressions, lumps, edges, kinks and twists. No chance of ever having enough natural erection to push through an open window.

What have you based this on? Dr Eid, specifically correlates mechanical failure to usage, titans even give a maximum number of cycles before failure.

Either way, knowing whether an implant can be used deflated, can be valuable information, especially to a 20yr old where the number of revisions can be a determining factor on whether or not to proceed with the implant.

I believe the OP is 20 years old. Try and look at it from his perspective, if he lives till 70, that could potentially be 5 -15 revisions in his lifetime. A big risk to take considering infections rates etc..
